Returns & Exchange Policy

• If a customer requests to return a product that was delivered in good condition and as ordered, a return shipping fee of 25 SAR will be charged to the customer.
• If the product is returned due to damage or discrepancy from the original order, the supplier covers the return shipping fee.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for return/exchange.
• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

• Accepted methods: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay.
• Tabby and Tamara are currently unavailable.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
• All amounts are listed in SAR (Saudi Riyal).

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Full refunds for canceled orders are processed within 7 business days, provided cancellation occurs before delivery.
