Return and Exchange
- If you request to return a product that was delivered to the customer in good condition and in accordance with the customer's order, there is a shipping fee for the return that the customer bears, and its value is 25 SAR. However, if you request to return a product because it was delivered to the customer damaged or not in accordance with the customer's order from the website, the shipping fee for the return is borne by the supplier.
- The product to be replaced/returned must be in its original condition and original packaging and must not have been used, opened, or changed the packaging features of the product.
- The product may be replaced or returned within 7 days of the purchase process.
Delivery and Payment
- Orders are delivered within 24-48 hours within the city of Jeddah. Currently, orders are not delivered outside the city of Jeddah.
- Payment can be made by Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, or Tamara cards.
- Cash on delivery is available.
- Amounts will be calculated in Saudi riyals.
- Full refunds will be issued for canceled orders if the cancellation is before delivery.
